Terms of Service

By using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Repair Risks
Electronic repairs can be unpredictable. Your device may be irreparably damaged during the repair process, especially if it has existing issues like liquid damage. Components can fail unexpectedly, and repairs involving delicate parts may carry risks of cracks or breaks, even with our experienced team.

2. Estimates
While we strive to provide accurate estimates, they may change as we work on your device. We will notify you of any updates and seek your approval before proceeding with additional work. It’s your responsibility to request an estimate before service.

3. Payment Options
We accept major credit and debit cards for repairs under $300. For amounts over $300, we may require a check, money order, or wire transfer for security reasons. Please inquire about payment options in advance.

4. Limited Warranty
We offer a 90-day warranty on all repairs performed by us. This warranty covers only the specific repairs we conducted. It does not cover any new problems or issues that arise after the service, nor does it extend to any unrelated repairs or damages. If an issue related to our original work occurs within this period, we will repair it at no extra charge.

5. Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:

Services using parts not purchased through us
New symptoms not tied to the original service
Damage from user error, including physical or liquid damage
Changes made to the device during the warranty period


6. Warranty Repairs
If your device fails within 90 days due to the original service, we will repair it again at no charge. No refunds will be issued until we verify the claim.

7. Repair Time
While we aim to complete repairs promptly, various factors can affect timing. We cannot guarantee specific completion times.

8. Replacement Parts
If your repair requires parts, we will inform you of the need, costs, and estimated arrival time. A non-refundable deposit may be required for special orders. We only use parts purchased through us to ensure quality and compatibility.

9. Repair Attempt Fees
We may charge a fee for attempted repairs, especially for complex issues like motherboard repairs or data recovery. You will be informed of this fee before work begins.

10. Data Safety
We take precautions to protect your data but cannot guarantee its safety. We recommend backing up important files before service. We are not liable for any data loss that may occur.

11. Device Pickup
We will hold your device for up to 60 days after notifying you for pickup. After this period, if you do not collect your device, we may consider it abandoned and take appropriate action, including selling or recycling it.

12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
